The guarantee covers:
Cracks, splits, or holes not caused by impacts
Excessive deformation of the material
Abnormal colour degradation due to sunlight.
Failure of fixtures or fittings - subject to
their warranty period.
Excessive corrosion of metal fittings - subject
to their warranty period.
All labour and material costs for work approved
by Atlantic Focus that is carried out on a defective boat by a party
authorised in advance of the work being done and at a time and place
determined by Atlantic Focus.
It does not include damage or
deterioration occasioned by:
Misuse or abuse
Fair wear and tear.
Accidental or wilful damage.
Lack of maintenance or care
Faulty maintenance
Inappropriate or unsuitable berthing .
Use other than those which the
boats were designed.
Overloading or improper loading
Fitting and or use of an engine
more powerful than recommended.
Improper setting or loading of
or on a road trailer or launching trolley
Installation of fittings or
accessories
Minor scratches from delivery
transportation
Adjustment of fittings such
seats, locker clasps etc.
Salvage
Excluded are:
Costs related to the
transportation of the boat to or from the authorised repairer.
Repairs not carried out by a
party authorised to do so by Atlantic Focus.
Any consequential costs or
losses
Salvage cost.
